Your tasks
- Independently manage your own service station to provide professional and attentive guest service.
- Advise guests on food and beverage choices, ensuring an enjoyable and high-quality dining experience.
- Take orders and serve dishes with style and confidence, turning every course into a moment to remember.
- Coordinate service procedures at your station to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Apply classic service techniques such as filleting, carving, and flambéing with confidence.
- Contribute your wine knowledge to enhance the overall culinary experience for our guests.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in upscale service, ideally with a strong interest in wine and guest consulting.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
- Solid understanding of food, beverages, and service processes.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility and composure, even during busy summer periods.
- Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
- A high level of quality awareness and hygiene standards.
