Your tasks
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
- Support guests on site throughout their stay, responding to questions and requests.
- Prepare and review invoices and handle cash and payment transactions carefully, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with basic reservation and office tasks, supporting daily front office operations.
- Carry out administrative front office duties, keeping processes organised and structured.
- Perform control and quality checks according to internal standards, maintaining order and service quality.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, or comparable experience in guest service.
- Discretion and reliability when handling guest information and internal data.
- A friendly, positive attitude and natural hospitality that makes guests feel welcome.
- Professional manners and a well-groomed appearance, suited to a high-quality hotel environment.
- A strong service-oriented mindset and genuine host mentality.
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel software (e.g. Elite).
- Very good German skills and good English skills for international guest communication.
