Your tasks
- Handle event and function enquiries, providing professional consultation to clients.
- Plan, organise, and coordinate events and weddings, from concept to execution.
- Prepare offers, contracts, and detailed event schedules, ensuring transparency and structure.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (service, kitchen, front office, technical teams) and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and manage events on site, taking responsibility during the event and overseeing its completion.
What you bring with you
- Experience in event, banqueting, or function management, ideally within upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with guests and partners.
- High service awareness and attention to quality.
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel or event software.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience during event operations.
