Your tasks
- Handle reservation requests via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Maintain and manage bookings in the system, keeping all data accurate and up to date.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries, supporting guests, colleagues, and departments.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Service, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support administrative reception tasks, contributing to an organised back-office workflow.
What you bring with you
- Experience in back office, reservations, or reception-related roles within hospitality or tourism.
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working, even with a high volume of enquiries.
- Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong service mindset and reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel software (e.g. Elite).
- Very good German skills and good English skills for international communication.
- Discretion and a high sense of responsibility.
